We can get the replacement you need. The Replacement Fan Blade for Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vents part # BVD0215-00 is the most common replacement and matches the round spline shaft of the motor VD218105A.
It's overall diameter is 6" so as long as it matches your fans diameter you will be in great shape.
