Troubleshooting No Sound Output from Jensen RV Stereo

Question:
The sound quit working through all the outputs on this stereo unit. As I turn up the volume dial, I can see the numbers increase, but no sound comes through any of the 3 speaker options. I pulled the unit out to check the wiring connections and could find no problems with it. I then tried the small reset button on the front of the unit, but had no luck with that either. Please advise me on how to fix this issue. Thanks for your time.

Did you check the fuse on the back of the stereo? If it's not that the internal amp has damaged itself and would require replacing the stereo with something like the Jensen # JWM60A that you referenced.
