Will this hitch work on Cab and Chassis or Flatbed series trucks? 2018 Chevy 3500 truck.

Because Cab/Chassis trucks have a narrower 34 inch frame width than the pickup, the Curt # C15860 Class V hitch won't fit your truck, as it'd designed for the wider frame member spacing of the pickup. We do have a Class V option that will work for you, though.

The highest capacity Class V hitch we offer for the cab/chassis model is the Curt # C15400 which has a 17K towing/2550 lb tongue weight capacity.
