Awesome hitch... fit perfect and I arrive at my destinations with my trailer attached.
I’ve had the curt trailer hitch for a year, hauling regularly close to hitch limit and everything works great.
Great hitch. No movement at all in receiver or pin. Had to drill 2 holes for short bed (which was stated) and it fit right up.
I have used etrailer.com several times to keep my rig on the road and turning profit. Customer service is as good as it gets with this company. The hitch I ordered was shipped immediately and on my doorstep on the third day. Again, can’t ask for better in this day and time. Quality of the hitch is excellent. Should hold up for many years and miles. The reason for four stars Instead of five is the hitch looks to have been handled roughly and had two small gouges in the finish on the visible side of the hitch. Not a huge deal since this is on a work truck that pulled every day but if it was a new truck it wouldn’t cut it for me. Overall very pleased with end result, as my original hitch had failed and I am back on the road.
The hitch is good. Like other hitches, it does not stay as tight as I had hoped.
Because I have paired it with an air ride ball mount which moves the hitch ball back another 6” or so, I am planning to place shims along the inside of the receiver to reduce slack.
The heavier build of the Curt hitch (class V) provides greater safety and dependability than the OEM hitch it replaces. So overall, it is a good product and Etrailer provided good support during the buying process.

Part was delivered a day early which made me and my customer very happy. Thank you for the next level customer service.
Searched for a hitch that would fit under my utility bed truck. This was the perfect match! Recommend getting help from 1 or 2 people to raise the unit into place but I was able to do it by myself using a floor jack and well positioned wood plank with jack stands as safety catches incase hitch slipped as it is awkwardly shaped and balanced. Will have to drill out my bumper bracket to mount the vertical hitch brackets but no big deal.
I needed a hitch that did not use the factory bumber for support because it was removed for a Tommy gate. This hitch is built and designed for strength and function. If I had to purchase it all over again I would have purchased the larger 2.5" reciever so I could have a larger selection on hitch inserts that can handle the weight capacity.
Worked out ok. things were a bit different with this commercial C2500 Silverado. I did not have nuts welded inside frame. I also had bumper mounts welded on and covering the regular bumper mounting holes, so I had to drill through hitch and bumper mount steel and bolt.
