Anchor Relocation Kit that Can be Used with Torklift Tie Downs for Better Fender Clearance

Truck is 2019 RAM 3500 dually 8foot box. Measured distance from front of 2018 Bigfoot 25C10.4 to the rear anchor points is 89. Rear Fastguns clear the dually fenders just fine, but front fastguns are just about touching the front of the fender flair. Can the Kit be used to provide a better fit for just the front Fastguns ?
