For your 2019 Honda Pilot, I'd recommend the Curt # C13146. This is a mostly concealed hitch which means that once installed, the only visible portion of the hitch will be the receiver tube and the safety chain hoops. The hitch is compatible with your Pilot, as long as the spare tire isn't mounted on a wheel larger than 18 inches. Otherwise, the spare tire won't fit under the vehicle.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing, for a wiring harness use # 118760 for a 4 pole trailer connector or # 118286 for a 7-way connector. For a ball mount use # AMSC2 and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
