Does Curt Hitch for 2022 Honda Pilot Fit Vehicles that Do Not Have OEM Hitch

I noticed the listing describes OEMinch honda tow options. My 22 honda pilot did not come with a hitch. I purchased your Curt Trailer Hitch Receicer - custom fit - Class III 2. Is this product also compatible with non-OEM hitch set ups like mine?

James, I don’t think you understood my question. I already bought the curt class III hitch. I’m specifically asking about compatibility with T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way Trailer Connector - 118286
