How do you determine what you need, the replacement for the wiring harness or heating pad? Our RV theater seating one chair no longer heats.

You could test the wiring of the heating pad with a circuit tester like the part # PTW2993 to see if there is voltage to it when the heating function is on. If you are getting voltage but the seat isn't heating you'd want to replace the heater with part # 195-000113 like you referenced. If its not the heating element its most likely the cupholder which controls the activation of the pad which is part # 195-387597.
