Question:
The lights, massage, and heater on our sofa only work on one side of our sofa recliner. How can we fix this? Will we need new parts?

There are a few possibilities as to why only one side of your Thomas Payne Momentum RV Dual Reclining Sofa is acting up (or not acting up at all in your case).
There are 3 components that allow the recliner to operate the lights, massage, and heater. These are the Cup Holder # 195-387597, Control Box # 195-387596, and the 12V Power Cord # 195-387595. To determine which of these components needs to be replaced simply try using parts from the side that is working.
Start off by swapping the power cord. If that doesn't fix it then disconnect the cup holder from the side that is working and use it on the side that isn't working. If this still doesn't fix it then you know the control box needs to be replaced.
It would be worth testing the power cord and cup holder with the control box on the side that is working as well to see if it was more than one component that was causing the functions on your recliner not to work.
