Yes I am looking to purchase replacement end cap number 853-5424 and I just wanted to know if it will come with the thule sticker to go on it?

The Thule Big Mouth, manufactured from 1999-2017 uses # 753-3236 as the end cap, which includes the plate that has the Thule name on it. That's the part number you'd want to use, according to Thule.
The # 853-5424 will also work, but it does't include the insert that says Thule on it.
