Replacement Strap Recommendation to Replace Thule 853-5831

Question:

Looking to replace damaged straps on a Thule 4 bike carrier, hitch type. Unable determine rack model number. Straps have p/n 853-5831 molded in, but searching for that p/n gives no results, no x-refs to superseding p/n. Existing strap has 8 holes: 1 rectangular to attach to cradle, then 1 large round to go around cradle support arm bar, then 6 smaller round holes to attach to opposite side of cradle. Is there a strap replacement without replacing cradle? Thanks for your help!
