Does Spare Tire Affect Installation of Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch on 2016 Ram ProMaster City

Question:

My pro city has a factory installed full sized spare tire. How will this affect the installation and fit of the draw tite hitch? Thanks!

A full-size spare tire on your 2016 Ram ProMaster City will not affect the installation or fit whatsoever of the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75219.

The reason is the hitch gets installed behind the bumper cover, as you can see by the linked installation instructions. So the spare tire of your van is not going to be a hindrance or come into play during the install.
