What type of trailer hitch that fits 2018 Lexus RX350 F-sport and doesnt require any drilling or trimming body part to install? Thank you

The only available trailer hitch for a 2018 Lexus RX 350 F-Sport is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver part # 391LXRX16 for racks and accessories or part # 391LXRX16T for towing. I checked the installation instructions and there will be no cutting or drilling whatsoever required for installation.
