The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1319 is a great option for a 2020 Ram 1500. I actually installed this gooseneck hitch myself (video below) but I will level with you in advance that it's not an easy install, one of the more challenging B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitches out there. It does not install on the outside of the frame like most do so you may run into issues with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57375. I won't be able to give a yes/no answer but I do think it's possible though just keep in mind modifications may be needed. That's is about the best advice I can offer unfortunately.

Worse case, you can remove the air bags and install the Air Lift AirLift 1000HD Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs part # AL60828HD.
