In order to install a 7-way trailer connector on a 2015 Toyota Sienna (L, LE, XLE and Limited) you'll first need to start with a 4-way, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118648 is what I recommend and it's plug-in-play. Then, you can use a 4 to 7-way adapter, the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit for Trailer Brake Controller Installation part # ETBC7L which works perfectly with the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 if the trailer has brakes. If the trailer does not have brakes then you'll only need the 4-way and 4 to 7-way adapter.

We need a 7-pin to charge the camper trailer. How do we +12 volts to the 7-pin?

@Allenp The Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller item # ETBC7 includes an accessory circuit that will charge your camper's battery. The 12v accessory circuit will be the top right one at 1 o'clock on the 7-way. This 7-way wiring harness will need to be installed on a vehicle that already has a 4-way connector. You'll then run a power wire up to the battery, the blue wire to the brake controller, the white wire to an accessible ground, and the yellow wire to your tow vehicle's reverse circuit.
