I reached out to my contact at Dometic and confirmed that all of their replacement parts, like the Replacement Fan Motor Assembly Kit for Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Fans, part # FVK8017-00 come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

On the other hand, complete units, like the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Fan # FV802250, for example, are backed by a 7-year limited warranty (2 year for parts, labor and freight and 5 years for parts only).
