For your 2019 Honda Pilot with a 2" hitch receiver, we have a few different 5-bike rack options available.
I recommend the Hollywood Racks Road Runner 5 Bike Carrier # HR520 because it's going to offer the most stability and security for your bikes. The rack has a unique anti-sway bar at the bottom and anti-sway cradles at the top that stabilize your bikes better than any other rack on the list. It also features an easy to-access anti-rattle handle, tilting mast and already includes a hitch and a cable lock, so you don't need to worry about purchasing those separately. You will likely, however, need a bike adapter bar, # HRBA-PRO, for any bike with a step through or alternative frame, like most women's and kids's bikes do have.
The Thule Apex XT # TH9026XT that you were looking at has many of the same features as the Road Runner, like anti-sway cradles, tilting mechanism, and integrated hitch and bike locks. However, it does not have any additional support for your bikes at the bottom, like the Road Runner and you'll also need an adapter bar to hang bikes with alternative frames.
The Swagman XP # S64970 is another good option. What I like about this rack is that it features a single arm with rotating cradles, so as long as the frames on your bikes aren't over 2" in diameter, you will not need to purchase adapter bars separately, saving you some cash. Just like the Road Runner, it has a tilting mechanism that allows you to gain easy access to your cargo area. It does have an integrated cable lock, but the hitch lock # S64027 is optional. The one-piece design of the single arm, while very sturdy, does not allow for it to fold down for storage, so that's another thing to keep in mind.
