Question:

I have a Hyundai Palisade 2020 with a 2’’ hitch S8F61 AU000. Can I use a receiver rise adapter for a Thule T2 Pro XTR with the add-on 4 bikes rack? Otherwise there is not enough ground clearance

Almost all the rise adapters we offer for a 2 inch hitch are for tow bars only, so they're not meant to handle much in the way of tongue weight. The Curt # D-192 could be used to provide a 5-3/4 inch rise. Keep in mind though, using an extender such as this will reduce the tongue weight capacity of the hitch by 50%.

Your hitch will have a sticker or plate that lists its capacities. So, the approximately 100 lb weight of the Thule T2 Pro XTR # TH83JV with the # TH9036XT 2-bike add-on plus the weights of bikes placed upon it couldn't exceed 50% of the tongue weight capacity listed on the hitch ID sticker.
