Solution for Trailer Hitch Where One Bolt Won't Line Up Perfectly to Thread in

Question:

I have an issue getting all 6 holes align for the 13453 on my 202 0 Highlander Platinum. Its the one closest to the front of the car on the driver side but could be the passenger side if pivoted. Any tips on getting them aligned?

Sometimes hitches will get slightly bent during shipping which makes the install a bit more challenging. Normally we recommend getting all of the bolts started at first and then torquing them down. Typically this gives enough play to allow all of the bolts to line up and then everything will work out.
