Easy to install
Recieved hitch within 2 days of order. It arrived without a scratch. I haven't installed it yet but do not anticipate problems. It's a pretty simple task.
It took about 20 minutes to install. Everything fit perfectly. I have a bad back and knees. 20 years ago it would have taken 10-15 minutes.Great product. Great fit. 3/4"socket and a 12" extension are all the tools needed. The extension isn't a must but makes torquing the bolts alot easier.
The hitch appears to be made very well and looks strong. Was easy to install.
Fit 26 Murano perfectly, and it seems like a quality product. It’s heavy. The service was great too.

Only 4 of the 5 bolts lined up for installation but that was more than sufficient for what I use the hitch for. (Hauling e-bikes to trails) Very easy to attach to my vehicle.
Arrived in two days, installing was very easy, would recommend your company and the hitch to anyone. Can’t wait to get my bike & rack next!
The product itself is great. I must offer a word of caution about the instructions. The torque spec in the instructions is 86ft-lb, which is too high and caused me to strip one of the captured nuts in the frame of my 2019 Nissan Murano. Some internet searching led me to a more appropriate torque spec of 42-46 ft-lbs for this vehicle. I suspect the discrepancy is between the hitch rated to tow 3,500 lbs, but the vehicle only rated for 1,500 lbs. Be careful!
Hitch is great. Solid and heavy duty. Nothing to do with the quality but what should have been a fifteen minute install, went south. It definitely requires either two hands or something to rest it on while you install a bolt on one side. Obviously during shipping it was dropped causing a little bend and bolts would not align. After taking it back down, I took a hammer and had to bang one side in about half an inch even though the slots allow for some movement. . That's not a big deal. Nothing to say negative about it. Things happen. Buy the hitch!
Excellent quality and easy to install, other than some scratches from shipping everything was perfect. I would recommend a better packing method, both end of hitch were tearing through box.
This is the second hitch that I have purchased from etrailers and it was just as easy to install as the first one. I did it by myself in about 15 minutes. It is easier with two people but I’m used to working alone so I just held it in place with one hand and started the bolts with the other. Snugged them with a ratchet and torqued them to specs, DONE! Don’t spend lots of money having someone else install a hitch on your vehicle, do it yourself. Etrailers makes it super simple and the products are great quality. Thanks Etrailers
