The only trailer hitch designed for your 2015 Infiniti QX50 is the Curt # C11510 which is a Class I rated hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. So unfortunately there are no Class III trailer hitches that fit a 2015 QX50.

If you let me know what you plan on using the trailer hitch for I can make some recommendations for you.

For wiring you'll need the Tekonsha ZCI # 119250KIT which is an upgraded version of the common splice-in kits. This kit uses clamps that sense when your vehicle lights are activated to then send power to the corresponding lights for the trailer. Since you're using clamps for the signals and a separate wire for power from the battery this means that the OEM wiring on your QX50 will be perfectly safe. To complete your towing setup you can use the Curt Ball Mount # C45521, the Pin & Clip # F-4, and then a hitch ball like the 1-7/8" # 19256 or the 2" # C40018. You'll want to refer to the linked ball mount article to ensure that the 2-5/8" rise/3-1/4" drop is correct for your application.
