Fitting Hitch Pin into Front Mount Hitch of 2008 Chevy Silverado

Question:
In the video, it doesnt appear there is enough room to the hitch pin. How is this done?

By design the hitch pin hole of the front mount hitch # 65050 sits behind the front fascia. Otherwise the hitch would stick way out in front of the truck.
In order to get a hitch pin in you need to reach under and behind the fascia.
