Yep, the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC - Single Jaw - Underbed # DM36SV is a kit that includes the Underbed Rail and Installation Kit # DM8551004 and the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550022.

The underbed rails # DM8551004 are for Chevy/GMC, is that what you have?

@JoshB Been delayed on RV and hitch purchase, but resuming now. But this requires another question. The 5th wheel we have found has a Reese sidewinder. I have seen mixed answers about compatibility. I prefer to use the Demco auto slide mentioned above in our previous communication. Can the sidewinder truly be locked in position to allow for the Demco auto slide to be used? We are at the point we must choose a path. Thanks

@Charlesb Yes you can lock out the Sidewinder but you have to get bolts to do so to prevent the turret from turning left and right so that the Demco Hijacker will slide back as the head turns.
