The etrailer tow bar part # e47ZR is the most similar to a Demco Commander II tow bar part # DM9511012-BX which also fits the Blue Ox tow bars. Functionally you'd have very similar flat towing experiences with these or the Blue Ox Alpha part # BX7380 you referenced. The Blue Ox does have a slightly higher weight capacity at 6,500 lbs vs 6,000 lbs and has dust covers for the inner arms to help prevent dirt from getting in and wearing out quicker but they both are very easy to use and considered to be the nicer options for tow bars.

The Alpha is about 6 lbs lighter at 35 lbs vs the etrailer being 41.
