Question:
I need to replace my brakes and hubs on my trailer. 2- 3500# axles, I am not sure which to get, I would prefer to get the pre-greased assembly. Current brakes are manual adjusting.

You can use the the Electric Trailer Brakes # AKEBRK-35-SA on your 3500-lbs axles, which are a great upgrade from your manual adjustment brakes and will provide you with a maintenance free brake assembly after the initial adjustment. Since these brake assemblies don't come with any hardware you'll need part # BRKH10B to mount these.
When it comes to the hubs, the good news is that 3500-lbs axles are all going to use an # L68149 inner and # L44649 outer bearing; so there's not much guess work for that. You will want the hubs you choose to have a matching bolt pattern to your current hubs and wheels. I've linked our entire selection of hubs for 3500-lbs axles with those bearings, but if you look at the top of the linked page you can select your bolt pattern and then choose your hub and drum assemblies based off that. Something like the # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K would be a good choice if you have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern since they're a pre-greased assembly like you're looking for.
If you can let me know what bolt pattern you've got, I can confirm which parts will work for your hub replacement. I've also linked some product review videos and helpful articles on how to determine the bolt pattern of your current wheels.
