Question:
2019 Honda Odyssey Touring. what is the difference between #13068 and #13370 class 3 trailer hitch? Both appear to be appropriate for vehicle. Secondly, I do not have a trailer package so what else is required to make appropriate for towing a small trailer? Thank you.

For your 2019 Honda Odyssey Touring, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13370 is the correct fit. The # C13068 is not a fit as there is a change in the frame in 2018 so that hitch only fits 1999 - 2017 Honda Odyssey models.
To go with hitch # C13370, you will want the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with Upgraded Circuit Protected ModuLite HD Module - 4-Way Flat # 118781. Then for a ball mount I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches - 2" Ball - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 7.5K # C45534. I've attached some videos to assist. This is all you need for a small trailer.
