Recommended Air Bags for a 2020 Ram 3500 Cab and Chassis Without Modifying Axle Vent

Do you have an air bag kit that fits a 2020 dodge 3500 cab and chassis without interfering with the axle vent fitting? The last kit that we bought we had to modify the axle vent. The air bag saddle did not have enough clearance.

Expert Reply:
The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2478 are a confirmed fit for a 2020 Ram 3500 Cab and Chassis. I took a look in the installation instructions and there was no mention of modifying the axle vent. I have attached a photo of how the lower bracket attaches to give a better idea of how it installs. That said, since it installs over the leaf springs there should not be an issue.
Please note, these are the only available air bags for this vehicle. If you will be using the air bags frequently then I recommend an air compressor kit, the Air Command Compressor System part # F96VV which is wireless so you don't have to run any wires or lines into the cab.
