The correct trailer hitch for a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV SEL is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13398 which is a direct bolt-on fit. The Curt hitch also has a hidden design so only the receiver tube will be present once installed which makes for the best install look.

I wish we did but unfortunately we haven't yet had a chance to install this hitch on the 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV so we don't have a video available. The full install manual is attached on the product page though which should help a lot.
