Based on my research your 2003 Fleetwood Excursion is on a Freightliner XC chassis, and this is important because it's actually the chassis that determines the fit for things like stabilizers and anti-sway bars. With that in mind, there isn't a steering stabilizer that fits your motorhome, but there is an ever better option to improve your ride with an anti-sway bar.
You will need to confirm that your 2003 Fleetwood Excursion has a Freightliner XC chassis with air suspension, and if so the correct anti-sway bar is:
- Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1209-115
Rear anti-sway bars are the best way to improve the ride of your motorhome because they are a vast improvement over the OEM sway bars and their placement at the rear of the vehicle allows for the greatest improvement in handling.
I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
