Do they make a tire that is 175/75 r13 ?

I've scoured my site and the internet and I can't find a tire size 175/75r13. The closest is going to be the Westlake ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire part # LHWL101.
If it existed the 175/75r13 would be about 23 3/8" where the 175/80r13 is 24" in diamater. The width of both would be the same.
The 175/80r13 will fit on the Aluminum Viking Series Valhalla Trailer Wheel part # AX02350545BMFL that you were looking at.
