Long Lug Nut Recommendation for 1/2" Wheel Studs

Question:
Hello. I purchased these wheels and are not putting them on my trailer. My old wheels had standard lugnuts. When putting these on, there isnt enough clearance for a socket to tighten the lugs nuts down. Do you have longer lug nuts you recommend with these wheels by chance? Thank you.

Hey Bob, thanks for reaching out!
We do have longer lug nuts you can use with the Westlake ST225/75R15 Radial Tire w/ 15" Condor Aluminum Wheel # WST66FR. I recommend picking up the Chrome Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # 12CLN-L which is long enough to work for you.
Great choice in the tires and wheels! I really like the style of the Condor wheels you got. Were these an upgrade, or just replacing everything as it's needed?

Thank you for the suggestion. These will work just fine. Thr Aluminum wheels were an upgrade for a new trailer i purchased. It was supposed to have arrived from thr factory with aluminum wheels, but rolled in with steel wheels. It ended up working out, though. I needed a spare anyway and the total cost of these wheels and tires was LESS than what the dealer wanted to upgrade the wheels and sell me a spare. Bonus for me is that I now have 4 spare wheels and tires!
