Recommended Replacement Wheels and Tires for Tracker Boat Trailer

Question:

i have B 78 13 on my tracker boat trailer, 5 lug wheel. what would you put back on? Thanks

The B78-13 tires you mention convert to metric size 175/80-13. The 175/80-13 tires are available in three load ratings.

B: 1100 lb at 35 psi
C: 1360 lb at 50 psi
D: 1610 lb at 65 psi

You would choose the load rating based on the capacity of your axle. Two A rated tires would have a 2200 lb rating. You can go with tires that have a greater weight rating than your axle, but you will still be limited by the axle capacity.

I'd recommend the Taskmaster Provider ST175/80-13, part # TA43RR wheel/tire combo. This is an ST175/80-13 radial load range C tire mounted on a 13 x 4-1/2 inch white powder coated wheel.
