Replacement Tires for 2001 Ranger Boat Trailer with F65/14ST Tires

Question:

I need replacement tires for my 2001 tracker boat. the original tires were F65/14 ST. The replacement for those tires are supposed to be ST205/75D/14 or ST205/75R/14. I tried the bias ply tires, and they both blew out before I got he boat home. they are 2 inches higher and 1 1/2 inches wider than the originals, and they rubbed on the bolt s for the trailer frame.

The best modern day replacement tire size for a F65/14ST is an ST205/75-14. This new size will be about 1.5" larger in overall diameter and about .5" larger in width. That said, you only need to account for an increased diameter of .75" and increased width of.25". If this does not put you outside of the recommend tire clearance (1" between frame and tire/3-4" between tire and fender) then I recommend using the Kenda ST205/75D14 Bias Trailer Tire - Load Range C # AM1ST52.

If you can provide me with the bolt pattern, I can see if we have an even smaller wheel/tire combo for you.
