Curt has a set of custom install fifth wheel rails that fit your 2012 Ram 2500 like with the # C16420-204 but they do not list the # C16100 as a fit for your truck. The custom install kit is definitely the way to go though as you don't have to drill the frame and install time is dramatically cut.
