Question:
I’m having trouble finding which hitch is appropriate for 2008 Mercedes E350 wagon. Are there any videos demonstrating installation on an E350 wagon? This is for a bike rack.

The correct trailer hitch for your 2008 Mercedes-Benz E350 Wagon is the Curt # C11701 which is a Class I trailer hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. While we don't have any installation videos of this hitch on your specific vehicle, we do have the installation instructions which I have attached for you to check out.
If you are familiar with installing hitches then Curt says this should take you about 30 minutes, otherwise for a novice it'll be about 1 hour which really isn't that bad.
If you don't already have a bike rack then the Thule Doubletrack Pro XT # TH92BJ is a pretty solid choice. This is a platform-style which means you can tilt the rack away for hatch access without removing your bike(s), and then it uses arms that secure your bike(s) by the frame which makes it compatible with just about any bike frame style on the market. If you can give me some more details about the bike(s) you are wanting to transport I can make more of a specific recommendation.
