Question:
My apologies Kyle, I thought I was referring to the Roadmaster Active Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit I wanted to stay away from the maintenance of the air systems. Would that system work equally well at reducing the drop that I am seeing? Sincere thanks,

The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2582 that fit your 2015 Ford F-150 will do a great job of reducing the sag that occurs when you hook up your r-pod RP-190 trailer.
The reason for that is. these springs have a 4,800 lb capacity, which is more than enough to support the additional tongue weight (also called hitch weight) that an RP-190 adds. The Firestone Ride-Rite air springs are the best-performing, most dependable air bags available due to their construction so you have made a great choice and this is absolutely what I would have told you is the best option if you were looking for a recommendation.
The accompanying photo shows these air springs installed on a 2015 F-150, and I have added links to a video review and install for you to check out of the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2582.
I do highly recommend adding Tubing Cutter # AL10530 to ensure straight lines during the install, as well as Firestone Air Command I Compressor System # F2158 or # F2610 so you can control the air pressure of the springs much easier from the comfort of your F-150's cab.
