How do you grease the Ble Ox Swaypro 1000?

Hey Rick, thanks for reaching out!
The Blue Ox SwayPro # BXW1000 maintenance includes making sure the grease zerk fittings on the sockets the arms connect to aren't dry, as well as periodically greasing the hitch ball. All pf this should be done with molybdenum grease like the part # LM54FR.
Attached is a photo pointing out where that fitting is at on the hitch head, as well as a clip from the instructions that talks about maintenance.
