So far as I can determine the RM-RBK17-RSSC Steering Stabilizer is the correct unit. Can you send the installation instructions so I can determine if I can do the installation myself?

You're exactly correct. The Roadmaster # RM-RBK17-RSSC Reflex Steering Stabilizer is a fit for a 2007 Chevy Express 3/4 or 1 ton cutaway chassis Class C motorhome like like your Workhorse, as long as the vehicle has dual cross members.
