Is there bumper or fascia trimming required to install a front hitch on a 2019 Honda Ridgeline?

The Curt front hitch part # C31082 that we offer for your 2019 Honda Pilot does not require any front fascia or bumper trimming to install but you will need to remove a lower fascia panel. You can trim and reinstall it if you like though. I attached a picture of what the hitch looks like installed for you to check out as well.
