7x14 enclosed trailer non insulated. Would a 13500 BTU ac unit cool this trailer on a 100 degree day

Yes, the 13,500 Btu Advent Air RV Air Conditioner with Air Distribution Box and Start Capacitor # ACM135C (White) or # ACM135BC (Black) will cool your enclosed trailer. These are ductless systems as I assume your trailer does not have ducts. That said, it will essentially need to always be on so you do need to monitor your generators and be sure they are full.

For generators I recommend the etrailer 4,500-Watt Portable RV Generator - 3,600 Running Watts - Propane or Gas - Electric Start Item # 333-0005.

Since using the included start capacitor is standard install procedure, the Champion 4,500-Watt Dual Fuel Portable Inverter Generator #CH44FR which has a 4,500 watt starting and 3,500 watt running power would work great with this setup.
