Question:
I want to install a hitch and some wiring for towing with my 2019 Titan. I don't have the tow package and I'm not sure what I need. Any help would be awesome!

I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13304 for your 2019 Nissan Titan because we have found that the Curt hitches tend to have better welds and a thicker powder coat which means they will last longer than other options.
For wiring you just need the wiring kit # N40975 as well as the mounting bracket # 18136. If you check out the attached installation video of the 2017 Nissan Titan you can see that the wiring harness you need is on the passenger side of the vehicle near the rear.
You will obviously need a ball mount kit to tow with your pickup. Since it is a truck I recommend the adjustable B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS20049B because it has 7" drop/7.5" rise adjustments as well as the 3 standard hitch ball sizes so that you can tow a wide variety of trailers.
If you plan on towing a heavier trailer (3,500 lbs or more according to the online owner's manual) you also need a brake controller. For this I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR because it can be installed basically anywhere (you only need access to the 3/4" diameter control knob) and it uses color coding for the settings so you don't have to try to read a screen to know what's going on. You will need the pigtail # 3050-S to install this.
Attached are some videos and helpful articles on towing that you can check out as well.
