Question:
I can't decide on a trailer hitch for my 2020 Chevy Traverse. What are the differences between the options?

There are two main trailer hitch options for a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76184 (see photo one) and the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13380 (see photo two). The main difference between the two is that Draw-Tite hitch installs behind the rear bumper so it will be more difficult to install but then again it will also provide a much cleaner look once installed. On the other hand, the Curt hitch will be much easier to install but it does not have the hidden look. I recommend the Draw-Tite because you only have to install the trailer hitch once but will look at it every day. That said, if you want an easy install over anything else then the Curt hitch will do just fine.
If you will be using the trailer hitch for towing then you will also need trailer wiring and possibly a brake controller, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector part # 118287 with Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 gets my vote as they are both easy to install/use, plug-n-play options.
