Question:

What hitch should I get for my 2020 Traverse? I might tow a small trailer, but mainly I will be carrying my bikes on my bike rack.

For your 2020 Chevrolet Traverse I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # CU29FR. I really like the design of this hitch. There's a trap door on the bottom of the bumper where the receiver tube will sit, and it can be put back when the hitch is not in use. So, there won't be anything sticking out, or changing the way your Traverse looks. It also helps with ground clearance, because the hitch will sit higher than the lowest part of your bumper. This option will give you the best look.

To tow a trailer, you need trailer wiring. I recommend T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118761. For a clean look and to keep the wiring off the ground you can use 4-Pole Flat Mounting Bracket # 18144. This bracket even fits with the trap door on your Traverse so you can keep the clean look and get the function out of it.
