Trailer Hitch for 2001 Ford F-150 SuperCrew that Allows Spare to be Kept Under Vehicle

I purchased the universal 13902 and it fit perfectly without having to relocate my spare.

As long as the spare tire on your 2001 Ford F-150 SuperCrew is less than 20 inch in wheel diameter we have the Curt hitch part # C14355 as a fit that will allow you to keep the spare. The spare would need to be lowered for the install of the hitch but after that you will be able to reinstall it. The Curt hitch you referenced is a universal style hitch that we couldn't guarantee would fit your truck or work with the spare.
