Question:
I’m looking for a replacement for yl34-13a576-c321k harness that is on a 2003 F150 Supercrew factory tow package. I see the 7-way product, but would like the 7-way and 4-pole combined setup if it’s available. Thank you in advance for your time.

To get the 7-way and 4-way combined connector you will need to use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55242 to replace the factory harness and then you will be able to use the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket # HM40975. This connector will replace the connector that comes with the Curt harness giving you both the 7-way blade connector and 4-way flat connector.
