Took longer than expected to install but after 2 hours, the tow hitch did great towing a heavy U-Haul trailer across America.
The entire process was quick and seamless. The trailer hitches arrived on the estimated date, and was installed in under 30 minutes per hitch.

Very impressed with the Quality and fit. The only comment we have, is that when the box arrived one end was actually sticking out of the box. There was NO damage, and I know it was touched by many people along the way, but perhaps a bit stronger packaging on the ends of the box would be good in the future before there is damage on one. One other note, my husband is 65, and I'm 62, and we installed it in about an hour. Pretty pleased with ourselves too!

Hitch came in very damaged box- hitch was mostly out of box when received but everything was there. Very heavy duty construction and all holes lined up just right. The only thing that didn't work was the two bolts that attach to the step bumper- they were about a half inch too short but I have a great fastener store next to my shop so I bought longer ones from them and all is good

Ok. The hitch itself is very heavy and I couldnt install by myself alone. It does look capable of handling 12,000 lbs easy. It has been great pulling my travel trailer without any issue. Very satisfied.
Simple easy install. Nice looking hitch. Too bad the packaging was absolutely awful therefore I wasn’t sure if everything was still in the box when it arrived! (See picture) lucky for me it was all in there just cosmetic scratches. Seeing a package show up like it did I almost refused the delivery. Spending a bit more time in the packaging could have got ya 5 stars.
The hitch has not been installed yet. But it seems to be of very good quality. This hitch is heavy. Extremely fast shipping.
