In order to determine which key will work on your Yakima Sky Box, you'll need to first find the number on your lock core; this number will be either on the front of the lock core, or on the body of the lock core. You'll need to remove the lock using the universal change key to check the body of the lock core for a number, which can be done with the Yakima Control Key # Y8007835.
Once you've located the key number, which will be a 3 digit number with the letter A in front of it, you can order a replacement key using part # Y8772-A135 (the A135 will be replaced with whatever number your lock core has on it).
I've linked our entire selection of Yakima replacement keys to this answer to help you find them once you've determined which number you have.
