Is there a cross link replacement/ repair link for this chain TC2228SCAM

There sure is, you'd want to use # TC250CCRL as a cross chain repair link or # TC6225S as a replacement cross chain. According to Titan, it's preferable to replace the entire cross chain, but for a quick repair until you can get someplace dry and safe the repair link would do the trick. You'd also need the chain repair pliers like # TCRP2 if you don't already have a set.
