The brackets you're seeing on your 2020 Grand Design Momentum are designed for use with the Marker Light RV Side Cameras w/Night Vision for Furrion Vision S systems # FCE48TASL; behind the brackets will be the wiring needed to easily install these side marker cameras to be used with your existing Furrion back up camera system. These are marker lights with cameras built in that are only compatible with your Furrion Vision S system and will help eliminate any blind spots you may have when towing your new 5th wheel.

In order to install the marker lights, it will take some basic wiring and installing a few screws; it's a fairly straightforward and easy process for anyone who has some basic mechanical skills.

I've linked a video to this answer that shows more about this marker light camera set and how it works in conjunction with your existing backup/observation camera system.
