Travel Length and Extended Length of Bulldog 4,000 lb Powered Drive Trailer Jack

Question:
The Bulldog website for part number 500199 shows a travel length of 17 inch and an extended length of 34.5. On the etrailer website for part #BD500199 you show a travel length of 14 inch and an extended length of 31-3/4. Which specification is correct?

The specifications we have for the Bulldog Powered Drive Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 22" Lift - 4,000 lbs # BD500199 (Black) and # BD500200 (White) are the correct ones. We take these measurements ourselves and the 31-3/4" extended height and total lift of 22" (14" of screw travel and 8" of drop leg travel) are the correct specs.
Bulldog replaced an older jack with this Powered Drive jack, and the specs you referenced are for the older, discontinued jack so Bulldog may not have (as of this writing) updated the specs correctly. If you take a look at the linked video review, you can actually seem some of the measurements at the very beginning of the video.
